A stick bomb (or Reticulated Xyloexplosive Ordinance Device if grant money is on the line) is basically tongue-depressor sticks woven together in a sorta basket weave pattern. Since the sticks are bent, elastic tension is stored in them. When one of the sticks is pulled out, the tension is released and the sticks go flying...Youtube影片下面這樣寫著...就是這些是塑膠壓舌片(看醫生醫生要你說啊..然後拿一片東西壓你舌頭後方讓你很想吐的那個)把這些塑膠小片彎曲織成網狀，它們之間的張力就會維持住彼此，但只要抽掉一根塑膠片，張力瓦解，塑膠片就開始啪啪啪地彈開啦!!!
